Norwegian Standard Classification of Education

The Norwegian Standard Classification of Education (NUS) was initially prepared by Statistics Norway in 1970 and subsequently revised in 1973, 1989 and 2000.
The Norwegian Standard Classification of Education is above all primarily meant for use in official Norwegian statistics.
The Norwegian Standard Classification of Education (NUS2000) includes Norwegian education codes and corresponding codes from The International Standard Classification of Education ISCED97.
The Norwegian Standard Classification of Education (NUS2000) is updated and published twice a year, January/ February and August/ September.
