Electronic application system FOTS

From 1 January 2007 applications to NARA must be completed and submitted electronically. The new electronic system has been named FOTS.
FOTS can be found here. Instructions for use of  FOTS is also on the same page, but note that so far all is in Norwegian.
You must first have access to the system. If you do not have a password and username already, you must apply for it. See application form attached below, to be sent to the lab animal unit you plan to use. You will receive allocation of user name and password if everything is OK with your access, or you might be asked to submit more information.

Remember that both project manager and all others involved in the planned project must have the course in lab animal science.
