Directory Send Message
Clicking a person's Send Message icon Check Message Never Expires to prevent the message from being deleted when delivered. Type your message in the Message edit box and click the Send button. Messages can be retrieved by clicking Messages on the Communication Assistant's Navigation Bar or contacting the operator.

in a D.N.A. search results list opens the Directory Send Message window. Use this window to type and send a D.N.A. message
to that person. The waiting indicator is lit on the target phone, indicating a message is available.
