The Ukelele tool and the Colemak layout

On your Mac it is easy to change the Keyboard layout (see .keylayout files), and Ukelele is a nice tool for doing this. Colemak is an alternative keyboard layout designed for touch typing in English. It was developed by Shai Coleman, and released on January 1st 2006. It is designed to be a modern and practical alternative to the QWERTY and Dvorak keyboard layouts. You don't have to use Ukelele to manually change the layout of your keyboard to match the Colemac layout. You can download it from the Colemac site. [via]
