Menu Master is a haxie that allows you to change or remove menu shortcut keys in any application with ease. It uses Unsanity's Application Enhancer (APE), but the installer will install all you need. $10 for the Menu Master, and it is now universal. Unsanity also provides other great products (some freeware and some with a reasonable price). See the compatibility list to find Intel ready products. [via]
