Systems waking up while lid is closed

I've had this problem on my MacBook Pro, and this fix works for me (it is OK for my to have to tap a key to wake up my MacBook Pro). I used the Property List editor (/Developer/Applications/Utilities/Property List Editor.app) to edit the file:

open /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.PowerManagement.plist

You might have to add the -a flag with the path to the property list editor (and you might have to install the XCode, the Apple developer tools, to get this editor). You also have to set the read/write properties so you will be able to save your changes (use Finder to search for the file and update the properties with Get Info - unlock and give yourself permission to read/write, and change back when you are done).
