Fix for no right-click on a bluetooth mighty mouse

The bluetooth mouse for my iMac didn't provide a right-click, but I found the fix
The fix was this:
- Power the Mighty Mouse down.
- Remove the batteries.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Insert batteries.
- Power mouse on.
