General Information

Phred and Phrap program packages contains programs for evaluating, handeling and clustering sequences. After clustering Consed can then be used to view the clustered sequences. Consed also contains useful pipelines to do the above handeling in an automatic manner. The script phredPhrap beeing the most known script.
