Introduction to distributed objects
Give an introduction to the concept of distributed objects. Before this lecture you should think about the motivation for distributed systems (scalability, openess, heterogenity, resource access and sharing, fault tolernace) and the different types of transparency found in distributed systems (access, location, ...).
