Overview

HANNAH ARENDT: A pilot tv program combining tv, web and podcast to disseminate research in the fields of philosophy and ethics to the university students as well as the public in general.

Aims

To develop concepts for tv program to fit both podcast and broadcast.

Methods

Instruction and production based on tv studio conditions.

Project leader at Institute of Philosophy, professor Arild Pedersen, University of Oslo. Professor Bernt Hagtvet and research fellow Helgardt Mahrdt.

Duration

2006 - 2007

Outcomes

Two short explorativ programs, with researchers from the Institute of Philosophy. Three full scale programs or dialogs between Hagtvet and Mahrdt about the thinking of Hannah Arendt.
