Registration of Raw Materials in the Product Register

A raw material is in this matter defined as a product with trade name which is enclosed in the formulation of another product. The reference to a raw material can be made in the following ways:If the constituents name is given by a P-no. (product registry number from the Norwegian Product Register), there should also be given the product name and the name of the producer. If only the product name is given, there should also be given the name and address to the producer.

The formulation of a raw material should be given in the same way as an ordinary product. ref. section 4 in our guidelines.
