The information and lists for updating are sent out in January each year to all companies, which have product(s) declared in the register. The information to be updated/confirmed is e.g. quantities for last year, branches of industry codes, product type codes, classification, if composition is changed, if the product is discontinued and more.

This annual update is in addition to the continuous update of the information about new products or changes in already declared products.
