Programme Administration for the cooperation programmes with Russia and the Western Balkans

The cooperation programmes with Russia and the Western Balkans are jointly administered by SIU and the Research Council of Norway. Decisions are made by a programme board appointed by SIU and the Research Council.

The Programme Board is also responsible for concluding the Cooperation Programme with South East Europe (2000-2004) and the Cooperation Programme with the New EU Member Countries (2002-2005).
