The University of Tromsø works to ensure researchers can have research sabbaticals with other institutions and that researchers from other institutions can have similar sabbaticals here. European mobility portal
Are you planning a research sabbatical in another European country? There is now a European portal, which is a network of 33 countries working together to assist researcher mobility in Europe. This will provide useful information for the planning of your sabbatical. In Norway, the portal is co-ordinated by the Research Council of Norway.
