Biographical Data
Born 1951. Doctor artium 1999 (MA 1990, BA 1977). Teacher and headmaster secondary schools 1977-1992. Researcher Nordic Sami Institute 1992-1999. Part time lecturer at the University of Trondheim and the Colleges of Bodø, Nesna and Nord-Trøndelag 1993-1996 (philosophy and social sciences). Assistant professor University of Tromsø 1999-2000 (Department of History). Permanently employed at the University of Tromsø from August 2000.

In charge of Examen Facultatum (introcuctory course in the humanities and the social sciences).
