INF-3204 Advanced computer architecture

Work Load 10  credits (ECTS)

Contents The seminar focuses on parallel processing architectures, micro architectures, storage architecture, caches, busses, interconnects, and embedded systems.

Form of teaching Lectures: 30, Colloquium: 30, Laboratory: 30 The coursework includes up to 3 written assignments graded Pass/Fail. Oral presentation of the assignments and demonstration of a working system can be claimed. Approved assignments give access to the final written exam.

Assessment Spring or Fall exam. 4 hours final exam graded by letter A-F. The overall grade for the course is determined 100% by the final exam.
