Guest Program

NORSTRUCT has established a guest program (“visitor program”) where researchers at all levels from all over Norway are given the opportunity to stay and work in Tromsø, and to use NORSTRUCT facilities for their own project. The NORSTRUCT staff will also be available for scientific guidance and will contribute to training within the different structural biology techniques that is established at the centre.


• Researchers can bring their own samples and carry out crystallographic work under guidance of NORSTRUCT staff members
• Bioreactors and purification equipment are available for the visitors.
• In collaborative projects, training in various biocomputing methods can be offered through the visitor program.
• The time scale of such stays may be from one week to several months.
• Travel and accommodation expenses will be partly sponsored by NORSTRUCT.
