Research
Kjemisk prosessteknologi, IKP

The research is generelly conducted in close cooperation with SINTEF Applied Chemistry, which is a research foundation located within our buildings.
The paper and fibre research is performed in close cooperation (and located together) with PFI .

The first three research areas have been identified by NTNU and SINTEF as strong point centers. (No other department at the university has a better research record in this respect).

There are presently about 60 Ph.D. students at the department. List of graduated Ph.D. candidates at the Department (1950-present)
