Resident assistant
For your service we have hired some of our tenants as resident assistants. The assistants form a network of student contacts at the student dormitories. They can answer any questions you may have about student living conditions and help you solve problems or conflicts. They can also be at your service when you have any questions related to your need as a tenant. If they can’t help you themselves, they will help you get in contact with someone who can. Each block is assigned to an assistant who will contact you soon after you have moved in.
Caretaker
The caretakers provide services related to the buildings you live in. They are the ones you should contact if the lights are out or something needs to be repaired etc. From the caretakers department you can buy bed linen and a kitchen start pack (consists of glasses, plates, cutlery and necessary pots and pans), and you can rent modems for Internet, all at affordable prices. The housing administration and caretakers department have their quarters in Nyland blockhouse D.
