ESHMS Membership Fee
Only those individuals who have paid their ESHMS Membership Fee will qualify for the reduced registration fee. For a membership you can choose to pay the Membership Fee:

Registration Fees
The registration fee includes participation in the Congress, coffee breaks with fruit, two lunches, reception at the Oslo City Hall including buffé, a three-course congress dinner at the Holmenkollen Park Hotel Rica , the social programme sightseeing tour, and all materials.
Registration can only be confirmed following receipt of payment.

Cancellation policy
Refund policy for registration fee is as follows:
- Cancellation after June 20 2008 - no refund
- Cancellation must be conferred in writing
- All refunds will be processed after the Congress
