The chart shows consumer prices in Norway compared with consumer prices in Germany and the value of NOK against DEM since 1970. In the course of fifteen years, from 1973 to 1988, consumer prices in Norway increased twice as much as in Germany. In the same periode, the value of NOK against DEM was almost halved.
