Educational governance and diversity in a biomedical age
The design of my PhD-project is qualitative and ethnographic. The approach is in the intersection of sociology/philosophy with ‘dynamic nominalism’ as overarching methodology (Ian Hacking). Theoretically it revolves around ethopolitics (the intertwinement of the vital and the social (Nikolas Rose)), with an investigation into themes like educational governance, neuroscience, classifications/diagnosis, autism, perceptions of normalcy.
