The principal objective of this project is to quality-assure the running-in-phase of the salmonid whole genome sequencing project by professional project management tools and routines operated from Norway under the leadership of the cGRASP executive committee

Specific sub-goals:
l) Operationally steer the formalization of the cGRASP consortium and writing of the manifest regulating the further development of the consortium;
2) Operationally steer the materialization of the work breakdown structures for the pre-sequencing phase, the draft sequence phase, and the post draft sequence phase;
3) Operationally steer the construction of the intemationally concerted funding plan.
