An overview of the course:

Contents :

- Understand requirement on quality (safety, technological, .),
scientific knowledge and methods to assess quality on crops.

- Know regulation, certification and tracability program on organic
products in Europe.

- Help users to definer crop management facing quality requirements.

Pedagogical form :

- Develop a real-life project work includes description, analysis and
redesign of the "organic flour project".

- Lectures and seminars with food processing actors, experts on
quality.

- Some lectures in English
