The Faculty of Arts, Folk Culture and Teacher Education (EFL) is one of four faculties which constitute Telemark University College.

EFL offers a wide range of studies:

Some one-semester courses, two-semester degrees in academic disciplines, three-year Bachelor’s degrees, four-year professional degrees and five-year Master’s degrees. In addition a wide variety of continuing education and refresher courses are offered. Norwegian is the language of instruction except for a few studies which are especially suited for English speaking students.
