Re-opening of the Service center

Monday August 13, users of UDI’s services were welcomed to a bigger and brighter Service center. The center may give you information on how to apply, as well the current status of your application and estimated processing times.

What are the changes?

The waiting room has been extended from 20 to 40 seats, with new furniture and a section for kid’s play. In busy times, the capacity may be extended from 3 to 5 employees.

What remains?

The center will be equipped with a pc-station where users may access UDI’s web pages. A projector will also present updated information while users are waiting.

The Director General was pleased with the new Service center:

The Director General of the UDI, Ida Børresen, underlined the importance for the UDI to provide presentable and functual premises for the users.
- The center is a central function for the UDI, and it is important to greet the users with respect, making it clear that they are valuable to us, Ida Børresen said at the re-opening Monday.
