Citizens of the 'old' member states of the EU may enter into Norway and work for 3 months without a permit.
These rules, however, do not apply for all the 'new' member states. Transtitional rules apply to Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Rumania, the Slovak Republic and Slovenia.
