Xanadu

Xanadu is the common term used for VD storage resources much in the same way as TITAN is used as a name for the VD computational resources. Xanadu is in constant change as new storage devices is phased in, new network technologies emerge and new needs and interfaces to projects are required. What is described below, is thus an (at times out dated) snapshot of the storage and configuration. In addition to a list of hardware composing Xanadu, a list of projects and involved parties exist.

A mapping table between storage space and disk needs.
