Reporting and administration
This section is dedicated to the administration of the NOMA programme and contains information on online reporting, important dates and important documents.
Reporting
SIU will in due time announce reporting deadlines on this website. This applies both for reporting concerning the previous programme period and the current period.
The NOMA programme is managed by SIU on behalf of Norad. All inquiries regarding administrative procedures should be directed to SIU.
Please note that prospective students who seek information about masters programmes should not contact SIU for assistance, but instead direct their inquiries to the institutions offering courses in the NOMA-programme. See "For students" for more information.
Tripartite contract
A copy of the tripartite is available for download from the near-right column. The contract is between the main partner institution in the South, the main partner institution in Norway and SIU. It concerns the administration of NOMA projects for the current programme period.
Please note that the document is for orientation only and that the tripartite contracts are forwarded directly to the involved partners from SIU.
Model document - additional partner
A model document "Declaration of Accession of Additional Parter Institution to a NOMA Multilateral Project" concerning the rights and obligations for Addtional Partner Institution(s) has been developed by SIU and can be downloaded from the near-right column.
