Experiences and countries Very many students and researchers at the University of Tromsø have been out travelling or come from very different parts of the world. This is a very important resourcebase. On these pages we will try to display a part of this diversity so that those that still wonder if they should really try to study or do research abroad can find the decision a bit more easy. In particular, we have asked a number of our foreign students (through the International students union) to write an introduction about their home countries - to highlight why Norwegian students and researchers should choose to have part of their studies just there. Also, we are publishing reports submitted by receivers of the SEMUT strategy grant.
