Adding group space

Short description of how to add a new group space to this portal.

To add a new group/group space, do the following:

1. Add a group with the desired name. Do this by going to the portal back door http://portals.ii.uib.no/Base/manage, go into acl_users and add a group of the desired name there.
2. At the top level http://portal.bccs.uib.no/ add a group space with the desired name, title etc.
3. As Manager, click on the new group space and click on the sharing tab. Choose the Add sharing permissions to groups option, select the group(s) you want to access the new workspace and also select GroupMember role, then click assign local role to selected group.
4. Add the required users to the appropriate group.
