Payment/Conditions

Upon receipt of both registration and fully payment, a confirmation letter will be sent. Any cancellation or changes must be notified in writing and will be subjected to the following conditions:

Cancellations received between May 1 – May 31 will be refunded minus an administration fee of NOK 500.

Cancellations received between June 1 – June 10 50% of the payment will be refunded.

Cancellations received after June 10 only the second night of accommodation will be refunded.

Payment can be settled by creditcard; Visa, Euro or Master and by banktransfer.
