Visiting Staff

Welcome to NTNU’s Mobility Centre

NTNU wants to develop networks and build up international relations that promote high academic quality and increased global insight and understanding. As a part of this strategy NTNU wants to stimulate the mobility of researchers and increase the number of international researchers at NTNU. Norway and NTNU is a part of the European Researcher’s Mobility Portal, a joint initiative of the European Commission and the 33 countries participating in the European Union’s Sixth Framework Programme for Research.

The aim of the mobility centre is to ease your access to information regarding all matters relating to future research possibilities at NTNU. Matters relating to your professional and daily life, including information on legal issues, social security, health and taxes, everyday life as well as family support. Please note that the target group for this information is researchers from PhD level and above.

The centre is very high level, considered among the best in the world in the field of neurophysiology and in vivo recordings. So I feel very lucky that I have had the opportunity to join the researchers there.
