Program 4: Integration across disciplines

Objectives/deliverables
Based upon IO Center R&D results compose dissemination seminars, training courses and large education programmes.

Courses and seminars should be both at a basic and master type of level, as well as re-training type of education.

Application of results
Important for actors to recruit skilled personnel with knowledge about Integrated Operations.
Staff re-training.

Potential effect for improved field operation
Relevant for all areas.

1. Education material for NTNU Master course on “Work processes and collaboration tools”
2. Course material for three-day course on “Safety and security aspects of IO”
3. Course material for ten-day course on “Introduction to Human Factors in an IO setting”
4. Overheads and written material associated with seminars in the IO-center
5. IO 07; an international conference on Integrated Operations, arranged by the IO Center, in Trondheim (2nd – 3rd October 2007)
