How to contact the Pension Insurance for Seamen?

Our information pages in English  is mainly intended for seafarers from EEA countries working on Norwegian ships and shipping companies operating abroad. We hope the pages are sufficiently informative for theses groups.

If you call our switchboard + 47 22 35 89 00  you will be transferred to the person who will be best able to help you. 

Office opening hours
Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 15.45
(08.00 - 15.00 during the period 15 May - 14 September).

Telephone hours
For the switchboard the telephone hours is the same as the opening hours above. You can talk to the officer in charge by direct phone on schedules times.
If you call then nobody is present please leave a message on our voicemail and we will call you back the next day.
