Target Audience: Export Marketing 2nd and 3rd year, Business Administration (elective)
Prerequisites:
General university college entrance requirements. No previous knowledge of Spanish required.
Objectives:
To make the students able to communicate in Spanish at a basic level. Training the 4 communicative competences: reading, understanding, writing and talking Spanish at initial level.
Topics
Basic grammar presented through lectures and exercises. Selected types of Spanish texts, audiovisual messages, basic written Spanish (using tenses for present, past, future), basic Spanish vocabulary.
Instruction
Individual and group communication exercises, oral and written training of grammar, computer aided exercises, self-instruction, video films, lectures.
Mandatory Assignments
Minimum 7 written exercise to be handed in for approval and 75% class attendance are required to have access to the exam.
Evaluation
A three hour written exam.

Relevant printed dictionaries.
Grades
A - F, where the grade F represents Failure
