Personal Options

You may set the following options in the Personal Options page.

Language

Select the language you wish to use. The selected language will be used each time you log on.

Place call from

Entering another extension in this box and clicking Update enables you to place calls from a phone other than your primary extension. You will then be logged off and logged on with the selected extension automatically. However, it will only work for the current session. You will be logged on with your primary extension next time.

This extension change will apply only to Call Handling and Diversion. The Personal Number and Message Diversion will still apply to your primary extension.

Maximum rows in the directory search
result

The default number of rows displayed in the search results view is 20. You may enter a value between 20 and 200.

Define the two desired display fields for the Directory Search Matches table for D.N.A. internal directory. The first field defaults to Department. The second field defaults to E-mail address.

Department search sort order

Define the search order for department search. There are two options: Sort by Subscriber name (that is default), and sort by Department name and Subscriber sort priority.

Do not show the welcome page

Check if you don't wish to go to the Welcome page when you start the Ericsson Communication Assistant. The Directory Search page will be displayed instead.
