Welcome to the Students Computer Service

The Computer Service are students hired by the IT-section at UMB to help other students at the university with computer trouble and internet access. You can find us at the first floor of the TF-building.

This is a step-by-step user manual for Mac users that want an external connection to K: and H: (home area).

Unfortunately we have had some problems with the new student printers. We understand that this is frustrating and we are trying to find suitable solutions.

To get access to UMBs different it-services you will need a username and password. UMB have three different passwords that are referred to as zone 1, zone 2 and zone 3. You have to create your own passwords! To do this you must go to this page: https://reg.umb.no/pakloskop
