Old e-mail folders:



If you are missing the folders containing your old e-mails, try this:

1. Login to your webmail.

2. Press "Folders".

3. On the bottom you will find a list with folders that are not subscribed to. Mark the ones you want, and press "Subscribe".

4. Press refresh folder or, log out and login again. All your folders should now appear.

Address book:



Your old address book will not automatically be transferred from your old to your new webmail. Those who want to transfer their address book can do that manually. It is possible to be logged on to both the old and the new webmail at the same time, and transfer the addresses by using cut and paste.

Closing POP3

POP3 was closed om Septemer 5th. This means that for those who wish to use a mailclient to check mail, you'll have to use the IMAP protocoll.
