• Keep your browser, antivirus and firewall updated. The software suppliers constantly release fixes and updates, it is recommended to install all patches and upgrades.
• Never reveal your password to anyone. If you receive an email or a telephone call asking for your password; be aware! The Visa Portal will never contact you for this information. You will however receive email from the Visa Portal; but the email will NOT contain any questions concerning your password.
• Avoid sending confidential information via email. Email is not a very safe way to communicate sensitive data, such as credit card- and user-information.
• Be cautious when using public computers. And please remember to log out of the Visa Portal when you are done.
