The last date for reserving a room at the student accommodation is the 1st of August for the autumn semester and the 1st of December for the spring semester.

* 1) Private rooms are furnished with a sofa bed, writing desk, bookcase, table and chairs. Each residence hall has its own room for a washer and dryer. To use the washer and dryer you will need to buy a punch card.
* 2) The rent also includes cable TV-connection, telephone and internet in each room (not including a TV-set). Each resident gets his/her own telephone number and pays according to use. Calls from room to room within the student campuses, to the SFRN and to Molde UC are free of charge. You pay for outgoing calls according to a specified bill each month. The telephones are modern ISDN with free wake up call, free answering service, hands free, show the last numbers, etc. Surfing on the internet is free of charge, day and night (you will have to bring your own computer, though). Each room is connected up to the net at Molde UC as well as to each other. Molde UC has several data labs available for students free of charge.
These facilities offered at Molde College are among the most modern and updated of the Norwegian universities and colleges.
* 3) Connection for a cable TV.
* 4) Arrival date from 01st to 14th in a month means a full months rent, while arrival date from 15th to the last date of the month means half months rent. The term of notice for terminating the tenancy is one month before the 1st in the following month.
* 5) There is a deposit of NOK 2000 upon arrival in addition to the first monthly rent, and you also have to sign a contract about the conditions before you received the key.
* 6) Equipment which includes bed linen, kitchen ware, pots, pans and cutlery can be rent at the cost of NOK 75,- each month. You have to rent the whole package.

For reservation of accommodation, please send an e-mail with your name,date of birth, e-mail address, nationality and length of stay to: Grethe.Hals@himolde.no . She will then provide more details concerning your housing.
