Call Handling

Incoming Call

When you are logged on and call handling license is granted, any incoming call opens the Incoming Call window. If the name associated with the caller’s number is found, it is displayed. Otherwise, the caller’s number is displayed.

Answer

Click this button to answer the call and close the Incoming Call window.

Hang-up

Click this button to end the call and close the Incoming Call window.

Outgoing Call

When you are logged on and call handling license is granted, any outgoing calls open the Outgoing Call window. If the name associated with the dialed number is found, it is displayed. Otherwise, the dialed number is displayed.

Hang-up

Click this button to end the call and close the window.

Call Back

If the number called is busy, clicking this button will initiate a Call Back. When a Call Back is pending, your phone will ring after the person you called hangs up. The number is automatically redialed when you answer your phone.

This button is available only when dialing an internal number.
