Personal Contacts Search

If Microsoft Exchange is used as Calendar Server, and you have configured the interface parameters in the Personal Options page, you can search your Contacts by selecting Personal Contacts from the Directory drop-down list. Clicking the Search button initiates a search on the primary and secondary Outlook Contacts fields selected in the Search drop-downs.

For a Personal Contacts search, the Directory Search Matches table displays the results in the Name field, the Business Phone field, and two drop-down list fields, where you can select from the same fields used for search criteria (except for Full Name and Phone Number). The search is submitted automatically after selecting another field from a Directory Search Matches drop-down list. The following table describes the fixed fields displayed for a Personal Contacts search.

Name

The full name of the contact person.

Business Phone

Clicking on a hyperlinked phone number will dial that number.
