Where can I advise about matters of significance for the learning environment?
Make contact at the relevant level: department, programme board, faculty or student administration. Students unsure who to contact may communicate with the head of the unit.

For information about who to contact with enquiries about quality deficiencies and the academic learning environment, please refer to the department’s web pages on quality.

Another option is to refer the enquiry to the Department of Research and Academic Affairs, which will ensure the enquiry is received by the correct person for further handling:

Who deals with the students’ learning environment?
Learning environment is a management responsibility, and managers at all levels have a responsibility to attend to considerations about the students’ learning environment. The distribution of responsibility is detailed in the Learning Environment Handbook for Students.

The Learning Environment Committee participates in the planning of measures relating to the learning environment, and follows the development in questions regarding the students’ safety, welfare and learning situation. Read more
