How can you contact us?

By visiting us
We will have all our offices open between 9am and 3pm.
If the person you wish to talk with is unavailable, you can speak with another staff member. This person will provide further advice.

By ringing us
We will answer all telephone enquiries personally, without automated voice messages.
If the person you wish to talk with is unavailable, another staff member will assist you or the switchboard operator will pass on messages about travel plans, holidays, meetings etc.

By sending e-mail
If we are not away on business or holiday, we will answer all e-mail within 24 hours.

By sending a letter or fax
We follow the regulations stipulated in the management Law regarding preliminary responses in management matters and the time allowed for responding. If the enquiry relates to information and advice tests, we will attempt to reply faster.

By visiting our website
We have our own website on the Internet informing about our services and study options at the University of Tromsø. The website address is: http://uit.no/forsknings- og studieavdelinga/. We publish news about study and service options. We update our website regularly.
