Background and qualifications

• Majored in sosialanthopology at the University of Oslo. Subjects: anthropology, psychology, philosophy of science.
• Previous engagements: Ethnographic Museum,  Department of Social Anthropology and Centre for Women's Studies and Gender Research.
• Leadership training at Solstrand AFF for Young Leaders.
• Took active part in establishing Flexible Learning :a strategic programme at The University of Oslo.
• Experienced in project management and HRM.
