Project site
Keywords
School leadership training, learning resources, Learning Activity Management System, Wiki
Overview
Design and research of digital learning resources in school leadership training.
Aims
The project aims at
- making designs of digital learning resources by use of activity theory
- integrating LAMS technology with Wiki
- implementing digital instructional modules in actual school leadership programs
Methods
Content resources are developed according to existing curricula in school leadership programs. Students are lead into a series of designed activities by use of task descriptions and video resources. These are designed by structures in LAMS (Learning Activity Management System) and a Wiki environment. Activity theoretical perspectives are used in designing resources.
Partners
The project is lead by the Department of Teacher Education and School Development (ILS) supported by InterMedia. Eli Ottesen at ILS is the project leader.
Duration
The first part of this project was run in 2005-06 as DLP1. The second sub-project DLP2 startet in 2007 and will be finalized 2008.
